MRG team members skate their hearts out for as many laps as their legs allow. Challenge your favorite skater by sponsoring per lap or a one-time donation.

★What is a skate-a-thon?
A skate-a-thon is a fundraising event where skaters skate as many laps as possible to raise money! Donors pledge a desired $ amount and donate the amount at the end of the event. For example, if you pledge 50c per lap and your skater skates 25 laps, you’d donate $12.50 to MRG
★How do I pledge money to a skater?
Fill out the Google Form below and we will send you an invoice at the end of the event! Want to donate a flat amount instead of per lap? There is an option for that on the form!
★What are the donations being used for?
Thanks for asking! A portion of the funds will go directly to the league to cover the fees associated with roller derby and another portion will go to our loaner gear fund.
★How can I watch the Skate-A-Thon?
We plan to stream the event! Stay tuned for updates closer to the day of the event!
★I over-pledged! My skater skated too many laps, I can’t pay for that! What do I do?
There is an option to list the maximum desired donation on the sign-up form. Any donation amount is appreciated!
